Terms of service
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms govern your use of AppNorth (“AppNorth”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, you accept them for yourself or the organisation you represent. Contact us at hola@appnorth.app.
1. The service
AppNorth helps iOS app teams research the App Store, work on ASO and country-level pricing, review ratings and creatives, and collect ideas, roadmap feedback and support conversations through its native SDK. Market estimates are labelled as estimates; they are not accounting figures or a guarantee of results.
2. Your account and content
- You must provide accurate details and protect credentials and tokens.
- You are responsible for people invited to your organisation.
- You retain ownership of submitted data and content and grant us the technical permissions needed to host it and provide the service.
- You must have the necessary rights and legal basis for data or content you connect to AppNorth.
3. Plans, trial and payments
- Current plans and limits appear on the pricing page. Prices are displayed in USD excluding tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.
- An eligible organisation can use one 14-day trial of a paid plan. A payment method is required. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged automatically.
- Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”) is the reseller and merchant of record for paid purchases. Polar processes payment, manages invoices and taxes, and is the seller shown on the transaction. Polar’s checkout terms also apply.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Billing and retain access until the end of the paid period.
- If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period. The workspace then returns to Free limits; its data is not deleted.
4. Refunds
You may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 calendar days after it was charged. See the refund policy for the process and legal exceptions. We do not provide prorated refunds for a period already underway unless applicable law requires one.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use AppNorth to send spam, distribute malware, process data without a legal basis, infringe third-party rights, evade limits or attack the platform. We may suspend violating use, with notice unless the risk is immediate.
6. Privacy and security
We process data under the privacy policy. You can export and delete your workspace from the dashboard. We apply reasonable security measures, but no internet-connected service can promise zero risk.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and may evolve. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or particular commercial results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount the customer paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; this limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
8. Changes, termination and governing law
We may update these terms and will give reasonable advance notice of material changes. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. Spanish law governs these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s country of residence.
